What is Dream Project?

This is a small project design for female, especially for those who have dream but they don’t have resources, so The Salvation Army through Dream Project help them to fulfill their dreams since past 4 years. There are three steps of Dream Project,
In first step they learn to read and write second step is to get skill training and in third step they get business training and on their willingness there is option of small business grant.

Goal

The goal of project is to educate the domestic workers to identify their potential to enhance their capacity for entrepreneurial and technical skills. Project will support them in taking small business initiatives to be self sustained and independent.

OBJECTIVES

1. To make them able to fulfill their dream being self sustained
2. To educate them to identify their potential and learn technical skills
3. To enable women to learn entrepreneurial and management skills
