compass
Compass, introduced by General Lyndon Buckingham, is a framework designed to guide The Salvation Army into a brighter future. People are central to the mission, with an emphasis on helping them understand and contribute effectively. The mission, given by God, focuses on preaching the gospel and meeting human needs without discrimination. By understanding this divine purpose, The Salvation Army trusts that God will guide them through future challenges. The organization is committed to being excellent stewards of all resources. Their goal is to ensure the Salvation Army remains healthy and flourishing for future generations. This vision sets a clear path for continued growth and impact.

Pakistan Territory Strategic Plan
Financial Sustainability
We will move towards financial independence and sustainability, by promoting stewardship (including tithing) among our people, and by careful financial management.
Discipleship
We will engage in theological education development at all levels for equipping of soldiers and officers.
Growth
We will open new plants (eg societies etc) and re-open some former mission-units (eg corps, social centres) based on assessment of mission potential.
Relationship
We will develop new and existing relationships with government officials, and with other churches, at both divisional and territorial levels.
Leader-development
We will develop officers through effective succession-planning, leader development, and 'refresher' courses.
