Empowering local women through our Small Business Startup Initiative (Adda Work), we have provided professional Adda frames and materials to establish a proper workspace. Under this project, 16 women artisans, including the lead teacher, are directly earning a regular income, while more than 15 young girls are also learning the skill. Catch a glimpse of our artisans and trainees at work in these photos!
